Built in 1929 by David L. Stern, the current redevelopment project at 933 L Street in Northwest Washington DC is part of an on-going revitalization of the neighborhood and will result in a completely renovated interior as well as a historically restored exterior. The building will re-open as a unique luxury Condo in July 2008 and will once again contribute to the vitality of the Shaw Historic District.
