One of our most popular cycling tours! This tour is designed for the tourist, not the cyclist. It’s a relaxing ride through the vineyards enjoying the fresh air, food and wine, so don’t worry about being fit enough...you'll be fine. We’ve carefully designed four routes within the Napa Valley (the Carneros region, south central valley, north central valley, and Calistoga) as well as two tours of Sonoma County (Sonoma and Healdsburg/Dry Creek area). Based on winery availability and the number of reserved guests, we’ll select from one of our 6 pre-designed routes. They are all truly amazing and entice you to spend more days with us so that you can enjoy many regions of the wine country.

Time: 9:30am to approximately 4:00pm Terrain: Mostly flat, easy terrain Speed: Casual, relaxing ride through the vineyard Dates Available: Every day, 365 days a year Mileage: 15-20 miles, with workout/exercise ride option increasing this 15-20 more miles.

Price includes bicycle, helmet, gourmet lunch, NVBT cycling water bottle, unlimited water, Clif Bar, guide, and van support. Wine tasting fees are not included.

Here’s our answer to a bicycle tour without wine tasting - not to mention two must-do's in the San Francisco Bay area! Come join us for a full day of sightseeing and cycling fun as we cycle across the Golden Gate Bridge, have lunch, then take an easy mountain bike ride on Mt Tamalpais, where many claim that mountain biking originated! This is a kid-friendly tour (at a minimum children should be able to handle themselves on a trail-a-bike which attaches to the parent’s seat post to create a tandem bicycle).

Mileage: 12-16 miles
Dates Available: Every day, 365 days a year
Time: 9:30am to approximately 5:00pm
Speed: Casual, relaxing ride at your pace with frequent stops for photos.
Terrain: Paved roads and multi-use paths over the Golden Gate Bridge; then you’ll be on dirt fire roads used only by the forest service coming down Mt. Tam. As implied, you will be coasting more than peddling down Mt Tam.

If the full-day Ride, Wine, and Dine Tour sounds great, but you have something planned in the afternoon; join us for a half day ride, and depart from the group before lunch. You’ll begin the day just as if you were going on the full day tour, you can even join us an hour earlier for the workout/exercise ride! We’ll guide you to two fantastic wineries that we have hand selected where you will have an opportunity to taste fine wines. Then, as everyone else is sitting down for their gourmet lunch, our van driver will escort you back to our shop so you can get to your next destination. If your afternoon is free, but morning is booked, call us to see if we can accommodate you for the latter half of the day…every once in a while, we can switch things around!
