Hotel Overview The Carneros Inn, a PlumpJack Resort, is the Napa you have always imagined. The Carneros Inn's design was based on cues from the local countryside - including barns, silos and ranchers' cottages - and combined with stylish, modern interiors - to capture the region's distinct charm as well as the needs of our sophisticated guests. The Inn is comprised of 86 individual cottages including 10 suites, as well as a selection of exceptionally appointed homes for nightly rental.
The resort offers two infinity pools, hot tubs, a kid’s pool, yoga and motion studio, state-of-the-art fitness facilities and three dining options including FARM, our stylish signature restaurant, The Boon Fly Cafe, our roadside eatery, and the Hilltop Dining Room, which is private to our guests. All of our restaurants feature the finest organic and artisanal local products, surrounded by acres of beautiful farmland and grape vines with extensive and exceptionally priced wine lists.

The Carneros Inn offers a vibrant array of dining options. Executive Chef Jeffrey Jake believes in well balanced comforting, full flavored dishes that are simple in concept and emphasize the natural flavors of the ingredients. Great ingredients and proper execution is the cornerstone to creativity. We craft our own breads, pastries and Artesian Charcuteries products using our passion for experimentation and respect of tradition.
Our inspiration and direction come from access to the finest local, organic and sustainably raised ingredients. We strive to source our ingredients within 150 mile radius of Carneros, to harvest food that is at the peak of its season and flavor.

Named for a Carneros pioneer who planted orchards and vineyards in the mid-1800s, the lively Boon Fly Cafe offers an ideal gathering place for Inn guests and locals alike. Open in the morning for great coffee, fresh juices and house-baked breakfast items - including our signature Boon Fly donuts - the Cafe also offers tasty lunches and dinners on premises or packed to go. All of our menus feature modern rustic cuisine based on the agricultural heritage of the region. While you’re building up your appetite, you are invited to mingle with other visitors, or enthusiasts, at our wine bar while comparing Carneros selections with those of other regions. Otherwise you’re always welcome to just wile away a bit of the afternoon in comfortable surroundings.

Your stay is not complete without a relaxing meal at The Hilltop Dining Room, which offers guests a stunning venue to enjoy the bounty of the Carneros region. Diners will be surrounded by panoramic views of the neighboring vineyards while experiencing the best in wine country-inspired cuisine. The Hilltop Bar, with its Brazilian cherry wood, polished concrete and contrasting amethyst mirrors, creates the perfect setting for a leisurely lunch or a signature cocktail, utilizing products grown in our orchards. Of course, our extensive wine list reflects the great, diverse selection of regional wines which the Valley is so deliciously famous for.

The Spa at The Carneros Inn
The Spa at The Carneros Inn, for guests only, was recently voted “One of the Top 55 Spas in North America, in the Caribbean and at Sea” by Conde Nast Traveler’s 2007 Readers Poll. The Spa features 9 indoor and 5 outdoor treatment rooms as well as customized hydro therapy baths. The facilities include separate men’s and women’s changing rooms, lockers, showers, dry saunas and herb infused steam rooms. The facilities are only for Spa guests and offer an unhurried, nurturing atmosphere.

Swimming Pool
The signature Hilltop Pool and hot tub is an adults only infinity edged pool adjacent to The Spa and Hilltop Dining Rooms. The pool offers unrivaled view of the Carneros countryside and neighboring vineyards, horses and cows. The Hilltop Pool does offer complete food and beverage services.
Our second pool area, designed for families and fitness, is comprised of an infinity edged lap pool, hot tub, cabanas and children’s pool, as well as the snack shack which offers full food and beverage service daily, in season.
