Hours: Cinnabar is open daily 6:00 AM - 3:00PM.

Located on the second floor overlooking the hotel's sunlit atrium, you could choose from one of our Signature breakfast or lunch entrees or enjoy our lavish buffet. Our breakfast buffet is offered daily and features a full traditional American breakfast with omelettes made to order as well as a Continental breakfast. Weekdays our lunch buffet features hot soups, a full array of options from our salad bar, a sandwich bar and hot entrees.
