A Culinary Experiencefrom Chef Melanie, a graduate of the French Culinary Institute and the Pastry Arts Center, relocated her long established NY Bistro to the White Mountains of New Hampshire. With her 25 years experience, guests can enjoy her New American Cuisine in the intimate candlelit jazz filled atmosphere of our Main Dining Room with some of the most scenic views in New Hampshire, or enjoy a more casual atmosphere in front of the roaring fire while catching up on all the days news and sports in our Pub.
