Hotel Overview Washington DC's newest Courtyard opened in March 2006. This
hotel is the perfect location for both leisure and business
travelers. We are located less than 1 block from the Navy Yard
metro station and 5 miles to DCA airport.
For the business traveler, we are located near the Washington
Navy Yard, Anteon, Northrop Grumman, BAE System, and the Washington
Convention Center. We are also in close proximity to many
government agencies including Department of Transportation, FEMA,
and NASA. The Capitol & House Office Buildings are also located

Jefferson Memorials, Washington Monument, MCI Center, and Capitol
