Deer may be seen grazing on the forested hillside across the roadway or even in our yard at night. At our mile high altitude we enjoy crisp mountain air with cool nights even in the middle of summer. Guests sit out evenings without fussing with mosquitoes. A variety of rooms from single to two and three-room family units are available. Most ground floor units have park-at-door convenience. In the yard around the outdoor pool we have created a unique miniature golf eighteen hole *crolf* course played with croquet equipment. Although prime rib is king at *the Cowboy*, the menu has something for everyone. Kids and seniors have their own special choices. The gift shop has an inventory of diverse items ranging form souvenirs to unique, locally crafted, western fine art.
