The Eclipse The Eclipse restaurant at the Moonrise Hotel promises to be a unique culinary gem in the eclectic Delmar Loop. Like the hotel that houses it, Eclipse is a creative blend of the classic and contemporary. Fronted by a historically significant facade, Eclipse starts with the traditional and then gives it a twist. The menu takes classic favorites and then reinterprets them using unique ingredients and edgy presentations. Nothing fussy…just good food served by genuinely nice people.
