The Townhomes, Mount Washington Resort

The Mount Washington Resort is a member of the New Hampshire Sustainable Lodging & Restaurant Program. The NHSLRP envisions a time when travel, dining and leisure activities do not adversely affect the places we visit and strives to ensure eco-responsibility by reducing the environmental footprint and providing a better guest experience. The Mount Washington Resort ski area and lodge have both achieved significant environmental advancements. Energy saving lighting and Energy Star rated appliances have been installed. Employee designed placards offering an optional towel and linen re-use program are available in the guest rooms. Recycling and staged composting efforts are in place. Reusable drink ware is used in place of disposables. The Resort engages suppliers in eco-friendly purchasing alternatives.
