Hotel Overview

On the Southeast coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, halfway between Hilo and Kailua-Kona, Sea Mountain offers all the conveniences and luxury of modern resort living in the timeless rual Hawaii setting. Your Sea Mountain bungalow is ideally situated moments away from the legendary black sand beach. Just a half hour from the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Experience the excitment of volcanoes, crashing surf and lava flows from a relaxing, tropical setting. Sea Mountain is a non-smoking property.

We do not yet have the details or a timeline for the project, but we anticipate there will be construction equipment, noise and dust. In the past, work hours were scheduled to run from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday. As with any construction project, the schedule can change without notice.
