Since 1846, this historically famous hotel is located on the summit rim of the Kilauea Cadlera and is nestled in an Ohia forest right inside of the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Steps away from the edge of the magnificant Kilauea crater, Volcano House guest rooms offer a breathtaking view of the Kilauea crater, Mauna Loa Mountain and the spectacular native forest of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. All of our 42 rooms are furnished with rare Koa furniture for a touch of simple elegance that is uniquely Hawaiian.
