An unbeatable combination of first rate condominiums, free standing homes and townhouses located at the top resorts. Perfect accommodations for family vacations, close to Mt Washington, Storyland, outlet shopping, golfing, and hiking and biking trails. Accidental Damage Insurance: There is a $45.00 fee collected at check-in that covers the renter for up to $1500.00 of accidental damage. The fee is not refunded. This is in lieu of a security deposit. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will be charged the full amount for room, tax, and fees. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the check-in date will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee. In the case of multiple rooms booked together, the cancellation fee applies to each room that is cancelled. No refunds will be given for checking out early. Amenities: The amenities vary from resort to resort, but may include Indoor/Outdoor pool, tennis courts, internet service, game room, or convenient access to hiking trails and Ski resorts.
