Our flagship route that departs from Ft. Bragg. These trips depart daily at 10am March through October. Steam is scheduled Weds- Sat during the summer, and on Saturdays in the Spring and Fall. Diesel engines or motorcars are used on the other days.

Locomotives vary from day to day.

This trip is always a motorcar and when our capacity grows beyond 60 passengers we switch over to a diesel locomotive & passenger cars.

4.5 hour evening ride through the redwoods with a delicious barbecue dinner. Live Entertainment on select evenings. These are offered from Fort Bragg Tuesday through Saturday at 3:30 pm Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

3.5 hour trip to Northspur and back departing at 9:45am on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Our season is Father's Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
