Hotel Overview The Bertram Inn offers the opportunity to step back into another era. Built in 1907, The Bertram Inn was originally constructed as a private residence for a wealthy Boston merchant. The present owner, Bryan Austin, has not only restored the house, but also established a collection of period antiques showcased in each room. He and his wife have restored each room to a balance of atmosphere and comfort. In the morning the living room becomes a cheerful breakfast room where a hearty continental breakfast is served in front of a crackling fire.
