From the check-in location guests will receive their keys, other check-in material as well as driving directions to the ResortQuest at Pelican Beach. During periods when the check-in location is closed, an automated check-in system is available. Guests access unit keys from a lock box.

The resort is a complete family getaway destination. Spacious one-bedroom two-bathroom condominiums feature complete at home comfort including fully equipped kitchens and separate living rooms with VCRs on which to enjoy complimentary video movies. All condominiums have large balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The resort offers two swimming pools including one indoor lap-pool with swim out to the outdoor pool. Other recreational facilities include kiddies pool - two lighted tennis courts - shuffle board court - video game room - a childrens activity program during the summer months - and gas barbeque grills.
