Golf Course Villas are beautiful 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos with a fully equipped kitchens and furnished balcony. Amenities include- Two of the most beautiful golf courses in the area, tennis facility with eight lighted courts and five swimming pools. There is the Whales Tail Restaurant on the beach along with two other restaurants on the resort. For meetings, conferences, banquets and special events of all sizes, the Seascape Conference Center can accommodate groups up to 500 guests. Resort Recreation Discount Program- 40 percent off Seascape or Emerald Bay Destin Golf Courses.

15 percent off Destin Boat Charters with Sail Away Destin. 10 percent off at Whales Tail Beach Bar and Grill on Seascape Beach. 10 percent off at Cabana Cafe in Ariel Dunes. 15 percent off Destin Boat Charters with Sail Away Destin. Guest must book and stay prior to that date, including the 40 percent off special.

Please note the following fees to be charged upon check-in Damage Waiver- 8.50 USD per night. Amenity Fee- 28.00 USD per night March 1st through October 31st. 14.00 USD per night November 1st through February 28th. Cleaning fees- 1 bed-87.50 USD,2 bed-95.00 USD, 2 bed with bunk-100.00USD and 3 bed-120.00 USD. Check in time is after 4pm.

Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm. Please note that rooms are not guaranteed to be available right away at 4pm. There may be times when access is unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. Minimum check-in age is 25. If you will be arriving after standard business hours, please call 800-874-9106 in advance.
