Hotel Overview Capri by the Sea is a beachfront condominium hotel, located on
Pacific Beach in San Diego. Each of our one and two bedroom units

Capri by the Sea is located on a renowned stretch of Pacific
Beach, just 100 yards north of the historic Crystal Pier, a popular
gathering place for locals and tourists alike. Sea World is only
two miles south, and can be seen from the rooftop lanai. We are
just minutes away from the world famous San Diego Zoo in historic
Balboa Park.
In Pacific Beach, you'll enjoy numerous shops, restaurants,
bars, and nightlife, all within walking distance, along with 10
miles of boardwalk! Hotel amenities include a heated outdoor pool,
spa, sauna, and secure garage parking.
Hotel Reservation Policies
Hotel requires that all changes and cancellations be made at
least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days
of arrival are subject to one night’s room and tax plus a
$25.00 cancellation fee. In the case of multiple rooms booked
together, the cancellation fee applies to each room that is
cancelled. No refunds will be given for early departures.
A $75.00 per room booking fee will be charged at the hotel.
This fee is in addition to the room rate, and is not included in
your online reservation total.
