Start from our shop at La Jolla Shores. We ride on the bike path overlooking the ocean, through the beautiful back streets of La Jolla, through Bird Rock, Wind'nSea, Pacific Beach and then return to La Jolla Shores. We always stop at La Jolla Cove and Children's Pool on the way back and usually see quite a few seals or sea lions!

This special tour was specially designed for families with younger children who might not be ready to kayak in the ocean or ride a 'two-wheeler' bike! We paddle kayaks on the calm waters of Mission Bay and then tour the gentle, smooth bike paths around the bay. The biking and kayaking are at a kid-friendly pace and families can select children's bikes, bike trailers or trail-a-bikes for the smaller ones.

Included in Tour: Tour Guide, kayaks, paddles and life jackets. We paddle stable, open-top (also called sit-on-top) kayaks, no experience is required. Bikes and helmets are also provided, including bike trailers and trail-a-bikes for the young ones.
Duration of Tour 2.5 - 3 Hours
Tour Times: June–Sept: Mon–Fri at 10am; Oct–May: Weekends at 10am
Starting Location: This tour departs from the Mission Bay area in San Diego. Exact location will be provided prior to the tour.
