The fastest riders on two wheels will return to Infineon Raceway in 2008 for another great doubleheader weekend of racing at the Kawasaki AMA Superbike Showdown, presented by Supercuts. This will mark the only springtime visit of the year to Northern California for top riders like Mat Mladin (Suzuki), Miguel Duhamel (Honda) and Petaluma natives Eric Bostrom (Yahmaha) and Ben Bostrom (Ducati). In addition more than 300 competitors are expected for Supermoto USA racing at the Infineon Raceway Karting Center, while top stunt riders will battle at the SBFreaks Street Freestyle Show. And new for 2008 - GP Motocross action returns to Infineon Raceway. How much two-wheel action can you handle?

The NASCAR Sprint Cup series will make its only Northern California stop during the 2008 racing season at Infineon Raceway for the Toyota/Save Mart 350. Juan Pablo Montoya claimed his first Cup series win on the 10-turn, 1.99-mile road course in 2007. The weekend will also feature the top racing stars of tomorrow in the NASCAR Camping World Series West, as well as an extensive vendor midway and other entertainment.

The fastest-accelerating vehicles on the planet will take to the Infineon Raceway quarter-mile drag strip during the FRAM Autolite NHRA Nationals in 2008. The 6,000-horsepower Top Fuel dragsters will headline the weekend, along with Funny Cars, Pro Stock Cars and Pro Stock Motorcycles. Since it was renovated in 2002, the Infineon Raceway drag strip has been one of the quickest and fastest in the country. Fans are sure to enjoy this weekend of speed and thunder, which will be highlighted by a round of qualifying under the lights on Friday evening.
