- Towel Cleaning: Done at guest request only, by placing towel on bathroom floor.
- Linen Conservation Program: Clean sheets once every 3 nights, unless requested on a day to day basis by the guest.
- Energy Conservation: Housekeeping is trained to turn all thermostats to 72 degrees and turn lights off after every room cleaning.
98% of building is fluorescent or compact fluorescent lighting, using 60% less electricity to burn.
In-Room HVAC units are replaced with clear air filters on a regularly scheduled basis.
