Club 19

Club 19 is the clubhouse restaurant of the Monarch Beach Golf Links. Overlooking the first tee, with ocean and golf course views, guests may dine on choices of American favorites a la carte outside on the patio, inside by the fireplace, or just relax at the bar with cocktails after the game.

Motif

A delectable experience awaits at Motif with Executive Chef Frederic Castan at the helm. This European-style cafe features eclectic dishes and international mineral waters. Scenic indoor and outdoor dining and weekend entertainment make it ideal for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or Sunday Champagne Brunch.

Pool Bar and Grill

Flavorful light American fare, ocean breezes and beautiful resort views are served in a relaxing outdoor setting. The horseshoe bar is the perfect place for a cool beverage or to catch a favorite sporting event.

Stonehill Tavern

Celebrated Chef Michael Mina has teamed up with world-renowned designer Tony Chi to create Stonehill Tavern, a one-of-a-kind dining experience at the St. Regis Resort, Monarch Beach. Mina's Modern American menu, featuring his signature small plate trios, allows guests to enjoy their favorite menu items in three distinct preparations. Chi has created a contemporary, sophisticated dining room that is the perfect setting for Mina’s artful interpretations of classic American Tavern fare. In addition to the handsomely appointed dining room, Stonehill Tavern also offers an outdoor terrace for dinner or cocktails while enjoying a Pacific Ocean sunset; a warm and inviting bar and lounge; and a private, fireside dining room well-suited for larger groups or business dinners requiring more privacy.

The Lobby Bar & Lounge

A stunning setting in which to enjoy, cocktails and light dishes, with indoor or ocean-view terrace seating available. In the evening, guests can relax by the fireplace for after dinner cocktails and conversation.

The Wine Cellar

The ultimate private dining venue with 100-year-old, French, paved flooring and stone walls creating a "cellar-like" ambiance. Guests can enjoy a tasting table, private dining areas, and a wine inventory of 17,000 bottles from around the world.

Meeting Space

St. Regis Resort, Monarch Beach is Orange County's largest resort/meeting facility offering more than 68,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space. Banquet facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art lighting, sound control displays and high speed Internet access. The 11,600 square foot Pacific Ballroom is located on the third floor and is divisible into three equal spaces. The 5,700 square foot Monarch Ballroom is located on the 5th floor and features soft greens and golds, dignified columns and upholstered walls.

Golf

Cooled by gentle ocean breezes, the Monarch Beach Golf Links, our on-site 18-hole course, provides a year-round golf destination and memorable experience. The Robert Trent Jones, Jr.-designed course runs along the dramatic bluffs of the Pacific Ocean and is fashioned in Scottish links tradition.
