Overlooking the Hotel lobby, the Cafe provides a casual setting for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night fare, as well as providing specialty coffees and award-winning desserts.

The Cafe features sophisticated seasonal specialties and classic Ritz-Carlton Chicago favorites. During the evening, experience Executive Chef Mark Payne's "Up Market" dinner menu, offering shared plates, local and organic produce, hand-cut pastas, wild fish, grass-fed beef, oysters and shellfish, artisan cheeses and breads, dessert tastings and an exquisite wine list. Young guests will enjoy The Cafe children's menu, created specifically with their tastes and appetites in mind.

The Greenhouse

The Greenhouse serves an all-day light-fare or appetizer menu, Sunday brunch buffet, traditional English afternoon tea and evening cocktails. A children's menu is also available. Enjoy the Greenhouse's atrium setting, with its striking view of Chicago's lakefront and downtown.

Among the most notable is the 9,000-square-foot (835-square-meter) Ballroom and Loge, featuring a dramatic mass ceiling fixture containing some 400,000 jewel-like, fully cut lead crystals, along with floor to ceiling windows.

The Spa at The Carlton Club
