Attraction Terms & Conditions

All tickets are non-refundable/non-returnable. We are unable to issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made including but not limited to lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

Timeframe-With CityPass you always have nine full days to use each ticket once. It is perfect for a weekend or week long holiday. Even if you visit three or four attractions, you will already be saving money.

Avoid Lines- Plus, you will save time. Once you have redeemed your voucher for the CityPass ticket booklet, look to the front of each ticket to see where to take it so you can avoid long ticket lines.

Convenience- Your voucher can be redeemed at the first attraction you choose or at the San Francisco Visitor Information Center. Just choose the attraction you wish to visit first, present your voucher and pick up your CityPass. Voucher may not be redeemed at Cable Cars or Muni stations.

Choice Ticket and Shared Ticket- For the choice ticket between either Exploratorium or de Young/Legion of Honor you choose which of the attractions you prefer to visit. If you choose to visit the de Young and Legion of Honor then you can use the same ticket to visit both attractions as long as the visits occur on the same day.
