 A private residence rental at 1849 Condos offers mountain living
comfort within steps of world-class outdoor recreation. Mammoth
Mountain offers a full service ski lodge, ski lifts and Village
Gondola are located only 200 yards from our front door. In the
summer, the Mountain transforms into a hiking and mountain biking
playground. Whether you are traveling to Mammoth Lakes for a winter
ski trip or a Yosemite National Park adventure, 1849 Condos is the
perfect base camp for your vacation. 1849 Condos has a recreation
area with multiple hot tubs, an outdoor heated swimming pool,
saunas, ping-pong table and lounge with a big screen TV.
The 1849 Condos property has plenty of area for playing, as well
as a private sledding hill. We invite you to relax by a roaring
fire or unwind in one of our hot tubs. Check-in time is after 3pm
on the day of arrival. Please check-in at the front desk. Please
note that rooms are not guaranteed to be available right away at
3pm.
Please have a drivers license available upon check-in. Person
checking in must be 21 years of age. Please note that the tennis
court will not be opertational for the summer of 2010. Check-in is
at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Please check-in at front desk.
There may be times when access to your unit is unavoidably
delayed due to cleaning and/or maintenance issues. Please have a
drivers license available upon check-in. Please go to the front
office for after hours check-in instructions. Nestled at the base
