Mingei International Museum exhibits Southern California’s largest and richest collection of mingei (art of the people), celebrating the arts of daily use from all eras and cultures of the world. Whether drawn from its superb collection or as a traveling show, the Museum presents dynamic, changing exhibitions of folk art, craft and design, both historical and contemporary, in state-of-the-art gallery spaces in the heart of lush Balboa Park.
