The Catamaran's spacious rooms are decorated in a Tropical decor. All of our rooms offer a patio or balcony, include refrigerators, hair dryers, coffee makers, irons and ironing boards, in room movies & video games, and high speed internet access.

The Catamaran Hotel is dedicated to environmental preservation in the following ways: recycling program for glass, paper, cardboard, plastic, metal, newspaper, batteries, and fluorescent bulbs; soaps and horticultural oils are used as an organic alternative to chemicals for integrated pest management on plants; use of organic fertilizers; deep root growth techniques are used to eliminate the need for daily watering; UV lamp treatment for ponds instead of weekly draining; solar heating for swimming pool; eco-friendly chiller replacement in 2006; water conservation program for guest room sheets and towels laundering; pressure washing, pipe, and drain maintenance is done with a citrus-based, biodegradable cleaning product; takeout containers are not styrofoam; and, dry cleaning service uses eco-friendly solvents.

Kid's Science Camp (Available Summer Months Only)

It's fun for all ages with our young people resort activities which include the safe, hands-on and nationally recognized program Mad Science. A variety of educational and stimulating choices will open up a new world to them during your stay. All the activities are supervised and offered for kids ages 5-12.

Fitness Center

Our fitness center features the latest in cardio and strength training equipment, including state-of-the-art treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary cycles, and stretching and weight-training equipment. All workout areas have excellent views of the Bay and provide easy access to the Mission Bay Boardwalk where the walk/run path is available for an invigorating and scenic workout.
