Hotel Overview Eaglenest Bed & Breakfast is your Victorian home in the Town
site of Julian, just a block up from Main Street. Each bedroom
suite is fully equipped and private, and then you share the rest of
the home and property as much as you choose; the living room with
wood burning fireplace and entertainment cabinet with Big Screen
TV, VCR, and DVD players, dining rooms, decks with spectacular
views, and the pool and the hot tub surrounded by redwood deck.
Our four different guestrooms offer comparable levels of style
and comfort, and feature a wide range of amenities that may include
In-Room Fireplaces, Private Hot Tubs, Patios with views, and
private enterances. A "pantry" is available for you with a small
refrigerator stocked with bottled water, sodas and juices, a
microwave, and glassware. Popcorn, a video collection and DVDs are
stocked for you and a number of books and games are in home for you
to enjoy also. Toiletries and hairdryers are available as well.
Breakfast can be a highlight of your stay. Prepared by Jim, your
Swiss-trained Chef, you are served a full country breakfast hot on
the table at 9AM, whether it be in the formal dining room, out on
the decks with views of Cuyamaca Canyon, or in the breakfast tower!
We are more than happy to prepare the menu around your dietary
restrictions and requests.
Spend your day exploring the historic town site, visiting local
wineries, hiking the unlimited nature trails and parks, or simply
relaxing your day away. Then treat yourself to a special dinner at
one of the number of quaint restaraunts in Julian after you take
your romantic Horse-Drawn Carriage Ride out into the
countryside.
Ending your day with a soak in the hot tub under the brightest
mountain stars imaginable is highly recommended.
