The Resort’s guest rooms and suites are located in a Spanish colonial-style low-rise building designed to harmonize with the surrounding landscape. Each spacious room opens to a private balcony or ground-level landscaped terrace from which guests can enjoy Aviara’s natural beauty.

Argyle Steakhouse

Overlooking the 18th green, Argyle offers light California specialties during the day and an exquisite steak and seafood menu in the evening. Join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner or cocktails, after the last putt or following an afternoon of bird-watching around Batiquitos Lagoon.

California Bistro

This light and airy restaurant offers al fresco terraces overlooking the pristine fairways of the golf course. Inspired by French tradition, the menu offers locally produced daily fresh vegetables, seafood and specially selected free-range, grain-fed meats.

Ocean Pool Bar & Grill

This oasis amid palm trees offers the best view of Batiquitos Lagoon and the Pacific Ocean beyond. Here, families can relax poolside and enjoy fresh, fun and creative twists on American specialties. The restaurant is open to the public; however, the pool areas are open to Resort guests only.

Vivace

Our signature Italian restaurant offers interpretations of regional cuisine. The atmosphere is subtly sophisticated, with a fireplace and views of the golf course and cliffs overlooking the ocean, which you can enjoy while dining on our terrace or at a window-side table.

Golf Course

Honored in 2008 as Conde Nast Traveler's number one golf resort in Southern California, Four Seasons Resort Aviara Golf Club offers superb golf facilities. Its memorable coastal layout – par 72 over 18 holes and 7,007 yards – was designed by Arnold Palmer.

Swimming Pool

Located on the edge of the Resort's bluff, with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Batiquitos Lagoon, the Tranquility Pool is designed for quiet and relaxation. The pool deck also features a stage for a wide variety of entertainment options.

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center offers cardiovascular equipment furnished with individual monitors and wireless headsets, as well as weight training machines and free weights.

For Younger Guests

We go out of our way to make our youngest guests feel welcome, and our resourceful Concierge is always close at hand – to make reservations for a family dinner, offer suggestions for tomorrow’s outing or help arrange a babysitter. A life-size tepee and a game room add to the fun. Children 18 years old and under can share their parents' room at no extra charge.

Four Seasons Resort Aviara offers an exceptionally rewarding European-style spa retreat – immersed in the peace and natural beauty of Aviara. The Spa is equipped with an indoor solarium lounge area, whirlpools, saunas, steam rooms and locker and dressing areas.
