The National Museum of Crime & Punishment is open to the public daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. March through August, and 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. September through February. The Museum is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

General admission to the National Museum of Crime & Punishment includes all current exhibitions. All tickets are timed and can be purchased for 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm or 3:00 pm. Entry is valid for a two-hour window immediately after the purchase time (example: entry is granted for anytime between 9:00 am-11:00 am for a ticket purchased at 9:00 am).

Price of ticket includes tax.
