Located just off the beautiful main lobby of the Rosarito Beach Hotel, the newly remodeled Azteca Restaurant offers superb dining in a picturesque old world atmosphere. Wall to wall windows provide an excellent view of the huge, 100-foot long swimming pool just beyond the restaurant. A new tile floor, new wall decor with tile inlays and the large, remodeled fireplace combine to create a unique ambiance and charm that offer a warm and welcoming feeling designed to make your meals more enjoyable.

Chabert's Restaurant

Chabert's is one of the most cosmopolitan and international dining establishments to be found anywhere. True elegance awaits guests with a beauty and grace of a bygone era. Music from the grand piano gently wafts throughout the restaurant while the d?cor, much of it original from the 20's and 30's, features European royal pink silk curtains, artwork, Italian mirrors with a Chinese motif and a fireplace of seven varieties of imported marble.

Rosa & Rita Karaoke Bar

The Rosa & Rita hacienda-style bar is located just to the right of the hotel entrance.

Decorated with wonderfully historical photographs of the hotel from 1926 to the present, it provides guests with an inspiring trip of the grand history of our legendary hotel. But it’s not just a history lesson that awaits guests it’s also one of Baja’s most famous and fun karaoke bars.
