Created by Robert Redford, Sundance is a haven for discovery and inspiration. For reservations 14 days or more in advance of arrival- Deposit of 2 nights at bookings. Remainder will be collected 14 days in advance of arrival. For reservations within 14 days of arrival- Full deposit required at booking. Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a 50 USD fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit 100 percent of stay. **Holidays and special events** For reservations 30 days or more in advance of arrival- Deposit of 2 nights at bookings. The Foundry Grill
- Hours: The Foundry Grill serves breakfast, lunch and dinner six days a week and brunch and dinner on Sunday.
Get an incredible view of 12,000-foot Mount Timpanogos through the wall of windows in the Foundry Grill while you enjoy true Western cooking prepared on the restaurant's large wood-burning grill and rotisserie. In warm weather, the patio opens for outside dining.
Sundance’s Sunday Brunch is served in the Foundry Grill, 9 am – 2:30 pm.
This abundant gourmet buffet offers a spectacular array of savory carved meats, breakfast items, including made-to-order omelets, French Toast, among many others, seafoods, succulent fruits, an extensive variety salads, cheeses, and breads.

The Owl Bar

Sundance's famed Owl Bar has become the western home of Nashville's Bluebird Caf?, where some of Nashville's most gifted artists launched their careers. During January's Sundance Film Festival and for six weeks during the summer, many of these talented artists swap stories and songs in the Owl Bar's intimate atmosphere.
Fraternize with local residents and out-of-town guests against the same rosewood bar frequented by Butch Cassidy and his Hole-in-the-Wall Gang. Lab film and theater artists often meet here in the summer months, and local musicians play on the weekends.

Tree Room
- Hours: Dinner is served nightly from 5 to 10 p.m.
At Sundance, dining is an art form. Recipient of the prestigious AAA Four-Diamond award and the Wine Spectator award, the Tree Room serves seasonal mountain cuisine. The atmosphere is romantic with candle light and soft illumination accenting the Native American art from Robert Redford's private collection.
