- Use Disney's FASTPASS® Service at select rides in the Disneyland® Park and Disney's California Adventure® Park. Just put your ticket in the machine and let FASTPASS® save your place in line! Many attractions offer free FASTPASS® service, a ticket from the attraction with a Return Time printed on it. At the time noted, go back to the FASTPASS® Return queue and show your ticket to the Cast Member at the entrance for a minimal wait.
- Parent Swap - Are you traveling with a youngster that is not able to ride the attraction due to height restrictions? Well, we have a way for other Guests in your party to still ride the attraction and make sure the non-riding child stays safe. Advise the Cast Member at the entrance of the attraction or just before you get on the attraction that you have a child unable to ride. The Cast Member will either provide you with a Parent Swap coupon or ask you to wait nearby. Then one parent will wait with the non-riding child while the other rides. Once the rider returns to the loading platform the adults swap and the other adult now can ride the attraction without having to wait in line again. Check with the specific attraction Cast Member to find out more details.
- During 2009 you can pick up your free Birthday button – as well as a variety of other celebration buttons (Honorary Citizen, 1st Visit, Just Married, Happy Anniversary, Just Engaged, Family Reunion, Just Graduated) and show everyone what you’re celebrating! Get your buttons at City Hall located just inside Disneyland® Park or at the Guest Relations Lobby at Disney's California Adventure® Park.
