All are complete with fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, private balcony and daily housekeeping. Enjoy a private sandy beach with pier, outdoor heated pool, 2 hot-tubs, fitness room, ski shop, free parking, and private complimentary shuttles to nearby ski resorts and casinos, restaurants and shops as well as around town on an on-call basis.
During the ski season there is a complimentary skiers deluxe continental breakfast daily. Any time of year, Lakeland Village Beach & Mountain Resort is the perfect Tahoe getaway site.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged the first nights room & tax and a $25.00 fee. Cancellations made 14 or more days from the check-in date are charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. The two bedroom townhouse requires 60 days notice of any change or cancellation. Failure to cancel resulting in a "no-show" are subject to full forfeiture. In the case of multiple rooms booked together, the cancellation fee applies to each room that is cancelled. No refunds will be given for checking out early.
