Package Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy: This is an advance purchase package and
is nonrefundable.
Guests must meet the following qualifications in order to
take advantage of this package:
Total individual or combined (partners or spousal) annual
income of a minimum of $60,000. All participants must be at least
28 years of age, and if married or cohabitating (one party of the
“couple” shall meet the age requirement); both partners
must attend a two-hour walking tour and sales presentation about
Grand Pacific Resorts Timeshares. We are sorry but children may not
accompany parents on the tour. Complimentary childcare is available
for children at least 6 months of age.
Offer valid only for Arizona, California, Colorado,
Illinois, Nevada, Utah, Texas and Washington residents. Proof of
identification and resident address is required at the time of the
presentation in the form of a valid driver’s license and a
major credit card.
This offer is not transferable or valid for groups, families
or friends traveling together or in conjunction with any other
offer. This offer is limited to one per household.
This offer is not available for employees of Grand Pacific
Resorts or its affiliates, and guests who have previously toured or
purchased at Grand Pacific Resorts after June 9, 2006. Other
restrictions apply.
