The historic York Hotel is a classic European style property centrally located in the heart of the city and close to Union Square (five blocks away from the Powell/Mason cable car line). The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is also less than a mile from the financial district. The public transportation to the district - Union Square - Chinatown and Fisherman's Wharf stops right in front of the hotel.
All 97 York Hotel guest rooms are spacious & moderately appointed with walk-in closets, safes, free wireless & operable windows. Our comfortable suites include 2 bathrooms and a parlor area with a Queen sleeper sofa, wet bar, microwave, and refrigerator.
