Bear Valley is a four-season destination mountain resort area regionally situated between Lake Tahoe to the north, and Yosemite to the south. Located on super scenic Highway 4 at 7,000' on the west slope of the Sierra Nevada, Bear Valley is easy to get to and worth the trip to this beautiful part of the mountains of Central California.

Bear Valley's world class winter sports are followed by sensational summers, offering all types of outdoor recreation & adventure, annual music festivals and exciting special events.

All of our rooms at Bear Valley Lodge include a private bathroom, television with cable, HBO and Cinemax, and a telephone. You will also find complimentary toiletries. We have several different configurations to easily accommodate your needs.

We are also pleased to announce that all of our rooms are non-smoking. Massage is available on site by appointment, we also offer a work out room and scheduled yoga classes. During the warmer months relax and enjoy the outdoor pool.
