SUMMER: On Mammoth Mountain at 9,000 feet, the Inn is the ultimate alpine escape, steps from the Adventure Centre, panorama Gondola, Mountain Bike Park and Main Lodge. PROPERTY NOTES: *SUMMER POLICY - April 25 - November 8 All reservations are charged a non-refundable $15 reservation fee(includes tax) at the time of booking. An additional credit card deposit payment of the first night room rate is due at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations and/or changes 2 days in summer prior to arrival will result in full refund of deposit but not the corresponding reservation fee. Upon check-in payment is required for the entire reservation and taxes, which are non-refundable after check-in. Late arrivals and any package changes may result in rate and availability charges, or forfeiture of entire package amount plus tax. WINTER POLICY - November 9 - April 24 DEPOSIT POLICY - All reservations are charged a non-refundable $28 reservation fee -including tax- at the time of booking. An additional credit card deposit payment of the first night room rate is due at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations and/or changes 14 days in winter prior to arrival will result in full refund of deposit but not the corresponding reservation fee. Upon check-in payment is required for the entire reservation and taxes, which are non-refundable after check-in. Late arrivals and any package changes may result in rate and availability charges, or forfeiture of entire package amount plus tax.
