Hotel Overview

Nestled on 19 acres of pristine wooded grounds, Lakeland Village provides quiet serenity, still close to all the action of Tahoe.

in the winter, take advantage of our private complimentary shuttle service directly to Heavenly Mountain Resort. After a day on the slopes or exploring, relax or unwind in our outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna and our fitness room.

In the summer months, enjoy a quarter mile of private sandy beach with a pier and boat moorings, outdoor heated pools, a kids wading pool, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, fitness room, beachside bistro and 2 tennis courts. The summer includes a kid's camp with activities located on or near the beach, along with kayak and paddleboat rentals.

Our spacious accommodations range from studios and suites in the lodge, to 1-4 bedroom townhomes on our grounds. All are complete with fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, private balcony and daily housekeeping.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged the first nights room & tax and a $25.00 fee. Cancellations made 14 or more days from the check-in date are charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. The two bedroom townhouse requires 60 days notice of any change or cancellation. Failure to cancel resulting in a "no-show" are subject to full forfeiture. In the case of multiple rooms booked together, the cancellation fee applies to each room that is cancelled. No refunds will be given for checking out early.
