KSCVC reserves the right to require photo ID for entry and can cancel tickets for misuse at any time. All tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only during regularly scheduled operating hours. They are not valid for separately priced tickets such as special launch viewing and events when admission is included in a package. Admission only ticket products excludes activities/events priced separately such as other KSC Special Interest Tours and Chat With an Astronaut . Tours, films, exhibits, and attractions may be altered or closed due to operational requirements. KSCVC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Prices and hours are subject to change without notice. This ticket is not valid after original first use. Resale of tickets is prohibited.

Instructions for fulfillment Atlantis Annual Pass

You may print your ticket or display it on your smart phone or tablet. Upon arrival to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, go directly to the turnstiles at the main entrance. Scan the barcode on this ticket at the turnstile and once verified, you will be admitted. This ticket is valid for one entry only. Upon entry, visit Guest Services to exchange this ticket for an annual pass. Guest Services is located inside the turnstiles and to the right. You must redeem this ticket by the expiration date displaying on your ticket. Your photo will be taken at the time the annual pass is issued.
