Guests should plan to arrive no less than 30 minutes prior to showtime to ensure they have time to enjoy the full immersive experience. Doors open 1 hour before each show, offering early access to our interactive theater, themed bar, and pre-show activities. After the performance, the theater remains open for 30 minutes so you can continue exploring the magic.

Location: 217 Alamo Plaza, San Antonio, TX 78205 (Entry on the Crockett Street side of the building. Located in the historic Reuter Building.)

Parking: Available at nearby public lots and street parking.

Age Requirements: No one under 4 is allowed. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
